PRECISION
We listen closely, test rigorously, and never settle for “close enough.”
WEISSKLANG
CAREERS
We don’t just build microphones. We create tools for moments that matter.
WeissKlang brings together acoustic precision, engineering craftsmanship, and the ambition to rethink what already works. We’re looking for people who listen closely, take ownership, and bring a fresh perspective.
Part of something bigger.
Our microphones are trusted tools for sound engineers, producers, vocalists, and instrumentalists - in short, for artists. Studios and music producers around the world rely on their sound and dependability every day.
Exceptional sound begins where technology meets passion.
WeissKlang microphones can be heard in audiobooks, orchestral recordings, film dubbing, chart hits, academic projects, and radio broadcasts.
Three principles that shape how we work.
CURIOSITY
We challenge convention and pursue solutions that make a genuine difference.
RESPONSIBILITY
We work with autonomy, openness, and a shared commitment to results built to last.
The next generation of sound won’t create itself.
We’re working to push sound capture forward and rethink what a microphone can be - through new technologies, innovative transducers, and premium microphones made in Germany.
That takes people with high standards, bold ideas, and conviction.
Something remarkable might begin with your message.
