The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity (§ 13 BGB), as well as entrepreneurs (within the meaning of § 14, 310 para. 1 BGB).

We confirm the receipt of the order immediately through an automatically generated email (“Order Confirmation”). By sending this, we accept your order.
(2) Storage of the contract text for orders placed through our online store: We will send you the order details via email. You can access the Terms and Conditions at any time at https://weissklang.com For security reasons, your order details are no longer accessible via the internet.
The stated prices include 19% VAT and delivery/shipping costs.
The stated prices exclude VAT and include standard delivery/shipping costs.
The consumer has the option to pay by prepayment, PayPal, PayPal Installments (subject to availability), Klarna, credit card, and SEPA direct debit. If the consumer has chosen prepayment, they undertake to pay the purchase price immediately after the contract is concluded. If our contractual partner is an entrepreneur within the meaning of § 14 BGB and we have not expressly agreed otherwise in writing (e.g. through our price list), prices are stated in euros excluding statutory VAT.
(1) Unless otherwise stated, all items offered by us are ready for immediate dispatch. Delivery will take place within 3 business days at the latest. For prepayment, this period begins the day after the payment instruction is issued to the bank handling the transfer; for all other payment methods, it begins the day after the contract is concluded. If the delivery period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, it ends on the next business day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the sold item transfers to the buyer only upon delivery of the item, even in the case of a sale involving shipment.
We retain ownership of the goods until the full purchase price has been paid.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days, starting from the day you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notification of the withdrawal from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will any fees be charged for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
For returns within Germany (and the European Union), we bear the direct costs.

In addition, we provide a 36-month manufacturer warranty, which takes effect after the purchase contract is concluded.
With KlangShield, you have the option to extend the warranty (within 30 days of receiving the microphone) and expand the coverage for your WeissKlang microphone.
KlangShield applies exclusively to WeissKlang microphones and cannot be applied to microphones from other manufacturers.

The only available contractual language is German. If correspondence is conducted solely in English, it will also be considered the contractual language.
