Characterized by the bold and rustic sound of the ’50s and ’60s, “Vintage” features prominent mids, defined bass, and brilliant highs.
Musical and warm, with natural highs, pronounced mids, and deep lows. “Classic” combines the best qualities of transistor and transformer technology, making it highly versatile.
“Tube” reproduces the harmonic distortion and warm sound of vintage tubes, complemented by silky highs and full lows. The signal gains noticeable saturation and appears more three-dimensional. For this versatile mode, there are countless applications.
Ribbon microphones deliver a distinctive sound with defined mids and slightly deemphasized highs. “Ribbon” excels with vocals, guitars, and brass instruments, and is also ideal for piano recordings.
