Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, where a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity:
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days, starting from the day you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract through an unequivocal statement (e.g. by email).
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notification of the withdrawal from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will any fees be charged for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
For returns within Germany (and the European Union), we bear the shipping costs (provided the return is made using the standard shipping method).
