Never use solvent-based cleaners such as acetone - they can damage the powder-coated finish of the housing.
When recording vocals or spoken word at close range, we recommend using a pop filter. In dusty or humid environments, a windscreen helps shield the capsule from debris and moisture.
Store the microphone in its included wooden case whenever it's not in use - this keeps it reliably protected from external influences.
We strongly advise against attempting any repairs or maintenance on the electronic components yourself. Opening the microphone may void your warranty.

The XLR connector is replaced and checked for mechanical integrity, ensuring a reliable, noise free connection.
All circuit boards are replaced with new components and carefully fine tuned to guarantee the best possible sound quality.
Using the original calibration data and factory documentation on file for your specific microphone, our engineers re-align its acoustic profile to match its initial factory signature.
The sensitive capsule diaphragm is replaced and measured in our anechoic measurement chamber. The capsule is then precisely calibrated and all circuits are tuned to match.
Both options include the same level of service, carried out entirely in house at our manufactory.
